FULL SLAYER OVERHAUL

more drop updates
ironmen are restricted from shops with the exception of the basics. new npc in same building as player manager.
extreme donors+ can now use the altars in godwars
tweaked drops some more
xp well made 30 mins
changed cant trade under 150 total to 60 total
