fixed fletching not using knife from toolbelt
made the tutorial go to the new home locations
new players have gfx when they log in to make a big entrance lol

changed well to 30m
New slayer master who can give any level task, dont need 5 npcs anymore.
Color wheel with codes pops up when you go to select a new player title now. thought this would be convenient
